Cleaning at home

Warm water, a soft brush and a dry cloth is enough for most pieces — nothing abrasive, and nothing left to soak. Dry it before putting it away, so nothing sits damp in a box.

Coloured gemstones vary: sapphire wears very well through regular cleaning, while emerald is a little more delicate and does best with a lighter touch.

Storing your piece

Store pieces separately so they don’t rub against each other — a soft pouch or a lined box works better than a shared drawer. Take rings off before anything that could bump or scratch them: gardening, gym work, heavy cleaning.

Resizing

Most rings can be resized after they arrive. Get in touch with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll confirm whether your specific setting can be adjusted before anything is booked in.

Repairs

A loose stone, a bent prong, a clasp that’s stopped catching — tell us what’s happened and we’ll advise on the fastest way to get it looked at, whether that’s a straightforward fix or something the original bench needs to see.

Warranty claims

Every piece ships with its own certificate and warranty cover. If something needs a warranty claim, have your order number and certificate ready when you reach out and we’ll walk you through what happens next.
