Shipping Policy

Every Aurea piece is made to order, so shipping begins only once your piece is finished. Here's what to expect.
Production before dispatch
Each piece is individually crafted to order — about 20 days to make. Your piece ships once it's finished and has passed final inspection. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Worldwide delivery and tracking
We ship worldwide through an international courier network reaching more than 200 countries, with in-house customs handling and full track-and-trace. Once your piece ships, you'll receive tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
Delivery times and cost
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Delivery time depends on your destination and the service used, and the estimate for your address is confirmed at checkout.
Secure, insured transit
Every piece is packed discreetly and securely, shipped fully tracked, and requires a signature on delivery. We arrange transit cover so your piece is protected on its way to you, from dispatch until it reaches your hands.
Import duties and taxes
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are collected on delivery, in line with standard carrier and customs terms. They're separate from the price you pay at checkout.
Delivery and receipt
Because each piece is valuable, a signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to receive it, the courier will reattempt delivery or hold the parcel nearby for collection; where a delivery can't be completed, it may be returned to us so we can arrange redelivery with you.
