These terms govern your purchase from Aurea, operated by Pontello Brands Pte Ltd (Singapore). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and availability
Every piece is made to order once your purchase is confirmed. Production takes approximately 20 days before dispatch. Because each piece is crafted individually, we're unable to expedite production times.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and the currency charged is confirmed at checkout. Orders are paid in full at checkout, charged to your card during the checkout process. We do not offer deposits or reservations.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking, worldwide, and shipping is complimentary. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
If you cancel before production starts, your payment is refunded in full. Once production has begun, orders can't be cancelled and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges — except where a piece arrives faulty or not as described, which you should report within 7 days of receiving it. Warranty and care
We warrant every piece against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears, contact us and we'll inspect and repair it, or replace it or issue a credit where a repair isn't possible. Normal wear, accidental damage, and improper care aren't covered. Full detail is on our Warranty & Care page.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and content on this site belong to Aurea and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Aurea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the value of the piece purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
